Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the shop, click on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on "BUY" and you will be asked for a few details. We accept both debit and credit card payments (Visa Maestro and Mastercard etc). We also accept payment through PayPal.
You may send your credit card information over the Internet using our secure shopping system, or alternatively via fax, or mail.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, the price paid in your own currency is dependent on the exchange rate provided by your credit card company.

Shipping And Handling Upon cleared payment, (Credit/Debit Cards are immediate, cheques 4 working days). The costs for courier delivery within the UK are:-
For all items up to the value of £45.00 shipping will cost £3.50
All orders over the value of £45.00 are currently eligible for FREE delivery, with the exception of items the customer has requested sent special delivery.
If an Item eligible for free shipping is returned to be exchanged for another size/colour etc. the customer will be required to meet the cost of sending out the replacement item. (Typically £5 for items of clothing etc, and £7.50 for heavy/bulky items such as walking boots and large rucsacks)
These charges apply to UK Mainland only.
For all other destinations, you will be notified of the delivery charges at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
Refunds for any items eligible for free shipping returned for any reason other than damage/manufacturing defects will incur an administration fee of £5.00 in the case of clothing, and £7.50 in the case of footwear, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
We reserve the right to end our free shipping offer at any time, you will be notified before your order is processed if this is the case.
All Items are sent using a signed for service. This means that someone will have to be at the specified delivery address to receive your order.
The section titled "special delivery instructions" Is intended for people whose delivery address may be difficult to find, not as a way of circumventing our requirement that the item be signed for at destination.
Any instructions along the lines of: "Please leave behind the bins" Will not be passed on to our couriers. |
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days on receipt of full payment.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Returns Policy If any goods are damaged upon delivery please report it to us immediately via e-mail for an immediate replacement.
In the event that you wish to return your purchase, please return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels, within 15 days, for a replacement or refund for the cost of the returned items.
When an item is returned that has been eligible for our FREE DELIVERY service (ie over £45.00), for reasons other than a manufacturing fault, an administration fee of £5.00 for returned clothing, and £7.50 for returned footwear, will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
If replacement items need to be sent out they will incur a shipping charge relevant to your delivery address.
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel you order for within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have have to pay the return shipping. We believe that this directive is fully covered in our 15 day guarantee.
Any complaints should be forwarded to us by email. We will endeavour to respond within five working days, with the intention of resolving all complaints fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily.
